About

My name is Jan Dee Gibson, and I grew up in the Midwest. At the encouragement of a friend, I started this journey by taking art lessons and workshops long after my last art class in middle school. During the course of those lessons, I found that rather than looking for problems to solve as a lawyer, I found I was now looking for—and finding—inspiration and hope in the world around me.  So that path led me here.
